Homeowner Obligation under the Floors To Go Warranties
All manufacturer and fiber producer warranties and conditions, attached to the product purchased apply. Once those warranties expire, Floors To Go warranties will take effect with regard to stain, soil, and abrasive wear. Labor to replace your carpet is included in these warranties from the date of installation for a period of five years. After that, labor to replace your carpet under these warranties will not be covered.

We'll put your mind at ease by offering one of the best warranties for your new floor with the Floors To Go 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your new carpet within 60 days after installation by a Floors To Go installer, we will change it!*

Improper installation, damage and abuse are not covered under this guarantee. All manufacturing defects are covered under the manufacturer's warranty and therefore excluded from this guarantee.
Replacement flooring must be the same flooring product from the same manufacturer. For example, if the original purchase is carpet, it must be replaced with carpet.
Replacement flooring must be first quality and of equal or higher value from the same manufacturer as the original purchase. If a more expensive product is chosen, the consumer will be responsible for the difference in cost. A 60 day satisfaction claim may not be filed after any other claims have been filed.
